incubator temp. between 99 & 101... will that work?

Finally got my new Brinsea ECO 20 to register (on 5 different thermometers) between 99* & 101*F... w/ the built in thermometer registering the 101*F. Will that work?

For what kind of egg? Chicken eggs will be fine at that temp., but not sure about anything else

Mine reads the same. I am on day 2. My top thermometer is a around 101. My digital at the bottom reads 99.0

It will work. I just ran a whole bunch for three weeks at 102, because I didn't know which thermometer was right. Since they hatched two days early, I'm thinking the el cheapo Walmart Acurite digital thermometer/hygrometer was right.

FWIW, 83 good ones hatched, and three with foot/leg deformities that had to be culled.
