Incubator temp too high!! Can not adjust it down. Help!

I have a Hova Bator model 1602N with a auto turner and a forced air fan. I can not decrease the temp. It has climbed to 103.2 and will not go any lower. I have turned the thermostat in 1/4 increments over the last two day to decrease the temp but it will not adjust. I have 120 quail eggs in there. What to do?

can you open a vent? or prop it open a bit then keep working on it or get a replacement fast.

Also double check your thermometer. Do you have a spare? Is it on the same level as the eggs?

I pop out the two red vent plugs to let some heat escape. I will check tomorrow for a replacement.
