Incubator temp

    So i have a meat thermometer and the temperature in the incubator fluctuates between 99.5 and 100.5 is that okay for it to go up to 100.5?

    Is your incubator forced or still air.

    If it forced those temps are fine. If it's still air you want temp 102 at top of the eggs.

    I don't know how accurate a meat thermometer would be. But if you know it to be accurate use it.

    For temps checks I use and recommend a brinsea spot check.
