102 is ideal for
still air bators in MY experience.. where are your thermometer located?? on the rack floor, on top of the eggs, etc.
Where's your humidity?
I agree IF anything hatches and it may since life finds a way.. it will be early and possibly with deformities. like missing eyes, exposed brain, bent toes, splayed legs, etc..
