If you are opening the bator to turn the eggs, that may be the reason your temp is low?

That can be a problem of itself with a wafer. I think you're supposed to wait a few hours before adjusting again.

How many times have you used this incubator before?

OK - but if I don't adjust it, it goes really high or really low? It was doing fine for a few days... I will try to wait longer between adjustments. I'm not opening the incubator at all Weeg...

I'm wondering about getting a new one... It's so stressful having to check the temp all day long and then wondering where the temp will be when I wake up in the morning

If it didn't act like that before, then I would assume it was the thermostat too. I don't know if it is or not though.
