Incubator turned off for three hours during lockdown!!!

Good news everyone! Two chicks hatched between last night and today. Today happens to also be day 25. I do not see pictures on the other three eggs. When should I remove the two checks that have hatched?

Do you have the brooder warmed up?

Wait until your brooder is warmed up and the chicks are nice and dry. If they are wet, they will chill more easily. They may not fluff up well given they hatched so late, so you may need to touch them and see how dry they feel.

I would candle your remaining eggs through the air cell to see if you can see any movement. If not, I would toss them

Thank you! That was very good advice. I set up the Bruder it warmed up quickly. I put the
Checks in the Bruder and show them where food and water was. They very quickly started to eat and drink and now they’re sleeping.
I canceled the rest of the eggs and there was no activity!
