Have a question

I set my egg's on the 17 of May and my humidity just keeps going up and now at 70% and there is no water in the incubator to up the humidity and I am in the Dessert also the Temp / humidity gage on the wall says the humidity in the house is 30% what am I doing wrong .....

Have you calibrated your hygrometer?

Easy to do and it might just not be reading correctly.

If an egg is cracked outside before the baby has internally pipped will the baby inside die? Is there any way to save the baby?

Seems to be breathing, and moving, but lockdown was yesterday for my goslings, and someone knocked over the hatcher. One egg is broken, and the other one is no longer moving... :(

I was wondering if the egg's were giving of that much humidity from the dehydration going on but then just this last month I had a whale of a time getting up to 60% humidity but it is almost 100 F degrees here .....

Digital is all I have and you still need to calibrate it they are almost NEVER right.

I'll bet you are right so I think I will take your hint and check it's calibration this morning .....
