You sound like me!!!! Only I don't have goats! I just don't have time for the trivial things like remodeling my house or moving. Does the coop building ever end?!?!?!?!?!

I'm setting up two of my Octagon 20 Advance incubators tonight for Delaware and Speckled Sussex eggs I just won in TWO of bargain's auctions!

I've finally got my ginormous brooder set up in the coop, and have the Brinsea EcoGlow50 brooder heater for these chicks when they hatch. No more brooding chicks in my bathroom! No more heat lamps!

Hello all you addicts. I ordered my first incubator, it is due to arrive Monday. I am soooo excited. DH. . . . Not so much. He has stopped talking to me. It isn't like he takes care of the peeps and chickens anyway, I think he was just looking for an excuse. I have been hoarding the silkie eggs all week in great anticipation of the delivery! Wish me luck!

The guy at the feed mill just told me I needed to seek help for addicts. I just set 3 dozen Silkie eggs last night. I swore to myself I was done until December, but I lied. Oh well, I had to have more to make complete breeding pens. You can't just have a pair and call it a breeding pen! You have to have at least a trio! So, let's see what we get here this time around.

Thanks, you all! I will be wearing a path on the floor to that incubator! I see long nights of egg watching in my future! I am driving my friends crazy talking about it, they aren't exactly what you'd call "chicken people". They just don't understand. Their eyes kind of glaze over and drooln starts falling off their chin. . (Just kidding)
