OK...so I got sidetracked and I haven't found the other post by Nifty just yet.
Maybe I am thinking that certain tabs are user specific.

eta....I actually don't pay attention to these tabs because a while back there was a glitch or something that was causing them to not work properly and since then I kinda forgot about them.
