The one with the crest is the Female, The male 's was pulled out at his old home.

This coop is temporary, I am building them a bigger proper coop, I didn't plan on getting the birds when I did.

I'd say your boy is way too green to be all IB, he must have some green in him somewhere.
You'll see the boy in my avatar is a 100% IB about 7 months old and he's much more blue (here he is again a bit younger):

By the way, does your boy have a problem with his eye or is it just the picture?

I think it is just the picture Plus his head was picked clean at his last home from the other birds.

I agree and do get a closer look at that eye if you can, bettwer to catch these things early with peas as they will mask illnesses till it is too late sometimes.

Which Eye do you think is a issue? The right one? I held him yesterday and it seemed ok but I am new to Peas, I'll take another look. If there is a issue what should I do? What am I looking for swelling?

It is seen in the right eye on 2 of the photos, that is what caught my attention.
looks like pressure behind the eyeball pushing it outward and to the backside of the eye lids

Ok I looked at it again, It looks like the pink Eye lid coming from the front of the eye back, it is more noticable in the right eye, the left eye has it but not as much, the eye does not look puffy, I picked up Tylan 200 in case I need it any suggestions? Thamks
