Indian Game x Welsummer chicks

Lol. Pics? Maybe I can help.
Aw that would be great if you could! I will need to wait until tomorrow (am in Scotland and the chicks are all in bed) but I will get some photos to post. They’ve completely changed from last pics...not a single chipmunk mark left, one is black with partridge type feathering and the other is more red partridge feathering. I’m thinking that the Indian Game part definitely means a pea comb so no development there.

Yeah, that makes sense.

Yeah, that makes sense.
Right @TheOddOneOut here are some pics of my chicks ....the Welsummer started crowing (in a squeaky little voice at 5 weeks old!) today! Pretty early but a definite crow! He’s not in the pics, just my Indian Game crosses and my 3 Lavenders. So there are pics of the mostly black chick, the other has red through. The lavenders sat together are the 2 I don’t know about either because the well feathered one pictured on its own to the left of the perch has been play fighting with the Welsummer cockerel and is definitely a boy as well (hackles hope up and mostly wins the chick fighting)

I still think you have a little girl (the black) and a boy (or super developed pea comb girl).

Thanks, am hoping so, although they both behave the same and can’t see a huge comb difference. Any ideas on the Lavenders? The Welsummer tried to mount one of them (the one with the black on one half of it’s beak)🙈Is it normal for them to be so advanced at 5 weeks old lol! The Welsummer crowing also shocked me hahaha!

Wow. He’s a.....active guy, for sure! I think you have at least one boy lavender, the one pictured by itself.

He is a definite, him and the Welsummer have been challenging each other...stare offs, hackles up, jumping and neck wrangling ....the others are much quieter

I have updated pics now, The chicks are 7 weeks old. The definite male lavender and the Welsummer are in their new home so all I have are two lavenders and two Indian Game crosses....any guesses? The definite male Lavender looked totally different to this pair (he had a much bigger 3 lined pea comb, heavy set eyebrows and a definite crest ....
