I still have not came up with a specific list of everything that we need help with, Kathleen and I need to talk tonight and hopefully we can tell you all what we need but some things like parking attendents: maybe volunteer for 1 hour shifts, and food organizers, sign-in booth attendents, etc... but I'll try to have a list of everything tonight or tommorrow.

ETA: When we do get everything together, we will put yet anouther list on the main post for this including things we need help with as well as who we have so far for each job.

I have also come up with a way to shuttle everyones things back to the woods. I will be pulling a big trailer behind my lawn tractor. It's for sure a kind-of hillbilly set-up

but it works! I've already weighted it down and tested it. I am doing this because I seen the need for such a thing last year. So just look for the little cub cadet with a big utility trailor this year so I can help you out!

If anyone close has a smaller trailer than a 6 x 12 I would like to use it please. I have a 2" ball on it now but also have a couple of others if I need to switch them out.
