Shelley, if you do go, I might try to talk you into picking up a few of those silver pheasant chicks for me

Well, I won't be bringing d'Uccles. Out of 12, only 1 hatched, and I'm keeping it. Oh well, I'll hopefully have some next year! Still bringing Silkies, BCM, and SS, as well as SS/Wellie mixes and mixed Bantams if anyone wants the mixed Bantams.
I'll also have some Bantam Cochins and Marans mixed cockerels if anyone's interested in some of those.

Any mixed cockerels are FREE, just take them. If I can get rid of them before hand, that will be great.

Last year's chickenstock was great. A lot of nice people and we all had a good time. Out of curiosity, what would be asking for the Seramas?

$10 to $45

Shelly, I'd love some of your guinea eggs or keets. I just did a hatch and ended up with one buff, two Royal Purples and 15 pearls! I'd love to round it out with a few more of the other colors.

Can you pm me with what you have? Are they all Lavender, buff or dundotte? How true do the eggs hatch to those colors? I have enough pearl.

If you would have keets no more than a week old I'd take those, too. I want to hand tame them so I wouldn't want them any older. Let me know!

I'm so excited for Chickenstock! I won't have anything to sell, but I would love to buy.

I'm particularly looking for Buckeye chickens and scovies (preferably hatching eggs or babies). Look forward to seeing you all there!

I have 8 buffs (3 f, 2 m), 2 buff dundottes (pair), 5 lavenders (1 f, 4 m), and 2 pearls (female). The buffs and lavender (pair) hatch true. The pearls both have lavender guys, and both the hens carry lavender, so the chances with their eggs are 50/50 lavender/pearl. All pearl keets from them will carry lavender, so if bred to lavender as adults they will also have a 50/50 chance of throwing lavender babies. I've hatched probably 40 keets this year, and there were at most 6 pearl keets. Most of the keets have been lavender, the buffs are only 8 months old, so their eggs aren't hatching the greatest just yet.
I have trouble finding their nests, usually it's by accident

There is just too much tall grass for them to hide in. So most likely it would be keets if I have any. I've got some eggs set now, I think the most recent batch was 8 eggs that I set just the other day. So if any of those hatch they should be about a week, maybe a little over, by chickenstock. They are from a buff's nest, so they should be all buffs.

That's great, Shellyd! What would you like for your keets? I'd be interested in whatever non-pearl you have to spare!
