Just make sure you watch them when you put her back, because that wound is classic coturnix. It could be from the BW, but they usually go for the face. BW's are very attracted to red (blood), so it could be that she was just pecking because the coturnix was bleeding.

ETA: The beak wound is from the BW for sure, but the rest of it (head and eye) is a classic coturnix attack.

I'm assuming that those are some that he hatched from my eggs, I've only hatched 2 cinnamons this year

I need more, I'd beg, borrow, and steal (well maybe not STEAL) to get those

It is a shame you aren't coming, I have white Silkies, and I'm sure at least a few are roos. Want some eggs next year?

Nah, I'm sure I can find one somewhere. I might have a cockerel, I got some youngsters from Jennlyn in TN. I can't really tell what they are, hopefully at least one is a boy! They sure are pretty 'fluffies', much better than the ones I already had

That's what I did, I took advantage of one of those sales cjexotics has, and I got A LOT of whites, some partridges, some blacks, and two splash. From Erik of Monkeyingaroundfarms I got some Showgirl eggs and they all hatched out as showgirls, 4 total. I'm keeping 2 and selling the other 2 tomorrow. Buyer is already lined up. I plan to work with my Silkie flock next year to improve it. I want to get some calicos and lavenders.

Ahhh You'd have to ask Coopcrazy lol... He's the one I got them from. I think he has/had some cinni roos
