Does anyone else have their incubators right next to your bed? This guy does!! LOL I keep an eye on them all night. You know whats bad is one of my incubators has a probe therm. and i have the digital reader right on my night stand so i can keep an eye on it while in bed.

Im sure I wont get any sleep once the eggs start hatching but who can sleep when you have babies hatching!!!

DH wouldn't let me! But i have both of then near full. I have to stop myself from peering in every 5 minutes! My EE finally started to lay again too! I was shocked. She is giving robin blue eggs, with just a hint of green. I am putting her, my BR and 2 other hens (CX yep meatbird hens) in with my new guy when he is out of quarantine. I think he is a JG his footpads are more yellow. should be interesting to see the mix.

I have a little bantam rooster that has the loudest call out of all the roosters. I can be upstairs in the house and can here him crow from outside at times.
he is in a large crate, in the breezeway. so is Butters the silkie yet another crate.... My BAs are also out there in another crate waiting for above freezing to go out to their new home. Butters will sleep at nite, gees not Rebel! Its concrete floors and drywall but no heat. the babies still have a small heat lamp tho. I need them all out bad, come on spring!
