I am thinking about ordering Guineas keets from Ideal. but the min. is 25, I don't want that many My neighbors would throw a hissy. Would anyone be interested in buying any for cost. pm me if you want any.

It looks ok when I submit. but while I'm typing the words start out in the middle of the page????

When I quoted the first one, I saw it centered, but it went to the left when I submitted the post. That is too too wierd.

Glitch. The boards have been glitchy lately.

Ok, I been a BAD BAD girl!! LOL Ok, not really... but I was in the middle of Tractor Supply (scary, one of my fav stores & yes I am a woman ) and I saw this book and HAD to get it!!

NOW I am addicted and have a wish list of feathered friends I want!!! LOL

I like this one as a hen ONLY , the roosters are typically prettier, but not in this one IMO​

I love my silkies. They are the sweetest of my chickens. I have some breeds on my wishlist, too, but not until next year, if even then. Hubby is not in a hurry to get chicks again.

I love feed stores. I always have. When I was a kid there was a store called Big Blue (now Orscheln's) and it has always held a siren's song for me. TSC is good, too. Growing up in Sellersburg there was just a plain old "Feed and Seed" store downtown (long gone now). I would stop in there and talk to the people working, just ask them what they sold. No reason. I guess I was destined to have *something* to feed.

This year I finally got a pair of Sloggers from TSC, after wanting a pair for about 20 years. They are my "chicken shoes" and an asset here where the trees keep my yard moist so much of the time. Great for dewy mornings or nights: http://instagram.com/p/pod-ctMPJb/?modal=true

There's a fella in Corydon who has birds of all kinds. He's who I got my keets from. If you don't mind meeting him at TSC in Corydon, I'm sure you can get by with just a couple of keets. The two he sold me have turned into a beautiful royal purple pair, one M one F. I actually hope I might have keets next year, myself, although I didn't buy them to breed them. PM me and I will give you his email.

I went out I check on my broody and she had a freshly hatched blue Ameraucana under her!!!! That mean she has hatched two thoughthe one is inside and not doin the best. I want so mottled Cochins............go broody go!
