Thanks! 3 more are pipped, I added water, sponges and pulled these 2 out of the bator. I was totally wrong, thought these were embden eggs but both gosling have black feet. Both will be brown chinese. DD is super excited, this pair will be going to her house.

Ok I know I said I wasn't going to add any new breeds until we found a place and got moved......

But these just fell into my yard... Literally.



found them after Covered Bridge Selling, when I went to feed. Didn't see them in the am or noon when I walked back to check on everyone, but they were here at 6 pm.
I know they are Polish but what kind? and are they boys girls, one of each? And is it normal for the waddles to show? I looked at some pic's trying to figure out what kind of Polish they were and couldn't find them, couldn't find any that had waddles showing. Am going to keep looking but if any of you could help out with this I would be grateful.
I tried to get good head shots, but they like to walk around allot.
O and BTY with these 2 I am now out of ISO space!!! O my that has never happened before, DH is going to give birth!!!!! ( he got home too late last night to see them, and he was in a mood so I didn't tell him.. lol )

@chick rookie hear ya, i have had all sorts of birds dumped off. They look to both be roos. Not sure type, they have a birchen look.

darn, y cant I have someone drop off hens... or a pair, always Roos........Well no forget I said that. I had a BR hen show up out of nowhere and a WR hen, so I guess its 2 for 2 now. But I still don't need any non-breeding Roo's... But I like this one he likes to "cuddle".

So will rehome the other one anyone want him? PM me.

Just keep in mind they " just showed up " so I know nothing about him.

My half of a ground beef cow is going in this week. If anyone else is thinking of getting a side of beef, our guy is taking orders for Spring 2016 beef. Poe Quality Meats in Franklin. He also offers pigs a few times in the year. Those are wonderful.
