INDIANA BYC'ers HERE!

Some guineas roost with the chickens.

Some guineas nest in the hay with the ducks.

Lazy man's sprayer.

Look closely at the top of the sprayer tank. I got tired of pumping the handle to build up pressure for spraying.
I drilled a hole in the side to fit a tire valve stem.
Now I just pressurize it using my air compressor. Good thing, because the pump mechanism is broken on this one.
I can't overfill it because of the red pressure relief valve. To depressurize it, I pull the red thing out until it stops hissing.
I have one older tank that doesn't have the relief valve. I have to be more careful with it. 50 psi, no problem. 100 psi and it makes a loud noise, once.

Oh? And you complain about your neighbors smoking pot? At least they know WHAT to smoke! haha Just giving you a hard time-- blowing smoke, so to speak. : - )

I tried grapevine when I was about 13 and I tried pot when I was about 35.

Grapevine didn't cause me to crawl on my hands and knees to the bathroom.

No they don't. They have a brain like a pea. they remember very little, so they need our help some to know whats proper.... And what bird to breed with. ETA Roosters will breed anything they can grab. I have a roo that goes after ducks, turkey geese guinea.. HE thinks if its there its his.

Coyotes in my 2nd or 3rd door neighbors at about midnight, raising h*ll. I tied up the dog. She's had enough trouble for one week.
Guess I'm gonna have to do the bait chicken routine.

Pipd how are your chicks doing?

They're doing good! Getting BIG!! I cleaned out their brooder yesterday and ended up with chicks (and chick POOP) all over my bed, the little snots! Guess who led the way!

I'm planning on taking them outside for the first time tomorrow (today? I'm up later than usual), so here's hoping everything goes as planned!

HaHa My BR is named Tweedy since she wears a tweed ensemble. Ha We can't name the Jubilee "Spotty" because that's a dog's name (not that I would anyway!) jchny~ I agree that one syllable names are good, but I knew a mean girl once named Liz. If it's not one thing, it's another. : - )

EEEK just dont let it blow LMAO air pressure scares the bejeebers out of me, nasty stull!

Royal names for my Jubilee pullet~ Thank you to all who posted suggestions, but this is why we end up with generic names like Jersey for our JG and Lacey for our SLW . . . because of my family members' comments: "Britainy, Dutchess, and Queenie are DOG names." "We have a cousin named Kate...and aunts named Margaret and Elizabeth." "She doesn't look like a Diana." My family members are just a bunch of malcontents!! My poor pullet will probably end up being named "Jubilee" or "Chicken."

I am still voting for Boadicea... Queen of the Britains :D

I can rack off 101 regal sounding names... guess it is going to be one of those.. "as soon as you hear it you'll know it" names.

Beatrice (Bea)
Arabella (Belle)
Wilhelmina (Ina)
