Good morning all, Making DHs lunch and was browsing Craigslist. The poor family, I would be devastated! This not only upset me, but frightened me! My Lavenders are 3 weeks old, guess i better be installing locks on their coop!
That is not good. My Hubby and I were looking at those before we purchased the Bantams. So sad to hear, who'd thunk you had to lock up chickens? Could only be another chicken person too, which makes it even worse.

Too fast - You are dead on with the ease of cleaning being top on the list for coop builds. Just making my poop board this weekend is testimony to that. Thought they would be good without, but after scooping out soggy sraw and wet poop since they have been in there. I changed my mind and made the board. Still have wet straw to move out, but the amount of poop in it will make it more tolarable and a whole lot less stinky.

bwindell - Looked at the list and I see I did not send you any information for it... Sorry. I shall be PMing you shortly to add the deatils required. Thats for putting it together!

BB (aka BackyardBitten) - Welcome to the Indiana thread, bunch of nice folks on here. Hope you enjoy yourself!

I saw the Craigslist post last night too! Amazing isn't it! There was one a while back for stolen horses too!! I would think that someone had been scoping them out to be able to know what they had and where they were kept! It sure would be nice to see them caught and to learn the whole story.

Jchny~ I have had a couple of guys drive up, get out of their car, go around the house to look at the garden before.... they left pretty fast when I went to the door. Makes you wonder how they think it's ok to wander onto peoples land.
