ok i dont have hardwear cloth but i have plexcie glass sheets that has holes in it but its thick would that work or does that have to be metal?

Is this for the bottom of your incubator? If your going to be putting the eggs on this it has to be something that has some grip. Plexiglass is to slippery as well and when chicks hatch they wont be able to walk on it and could fall and hurt them selves. If you are talking about putting this around your light then plexiglass might work but you could use chicken wire for that. Im just not sure where you are talking about putting the wire or plexiglass. LOL

oh well go to youtube and search homemade incubators. You will find all kinds. Some of them show you how to build one and what to use. The materials you listed is what you need so i would just look up a video and see how they get put together.

i think i have/will have thses

if you have an old lamp no one uses you can use
the socket from it too (just be sure to ask your Dad first

I don;t want you to get into troubles)
