New Castle, Indiana. I have a wonderful, gorgeous flock of chickens, turkeys and guineas. My Aracuanas are favorites- outside of the gorgeous cross-bred roosters -unusual with characteristics of Aracuanas, barred rock, australorp, sex-link, rhode island red , and buff orphingtons. I also have some turkey crosses between bronze, red bourbon and royal palm - the prettiest is a hen I named Pearl who is silver colored. Love my birds - all pets and most born here.
Congrats! I hated satellite! What a ripoff.I have three dozen eggs in the fridge (good job girls!). I have dough in the bread machine for morning and my coffee pot ready to go. Let's just hope I wake up in time to actually make breakfast ha
Btw, I cancelled satellite and my new 50 mile radius HD tv antenna will be here tomorrow. Excited to try it. Sianara satellite bill! Be gone!![]()
Opps lol, I am that way too, I can't let someone be misled if i see it going on. Sometimes I am sure I make someone upset, but its never meant that way!
So glad everything worked out ok! Tell your DH he did a brave and gallant thing!
There are 3 things I can't get past the ick factor on.. Bees, spiders and roaches. I hate getting stung, or bit and the roaches are self explanatoryThey would be an awesome food source for the chickens, but NAAAAA i will stick with mealies.... eww!
They sure look like they shrunk too!
My birds will eat them, talk about chicken football! game on if they rustle one up! They seem to be finding a lot right now, may be due to all the clearing of brush we are doing.
I agree, I kept a few as pets, very good snake to have around. Very docile and made great pets! That appeared to be a young one.

Yikes! Rats are terrible to get rid of, Dad had some in his barn up north, we had a hard time getting them gone. Didn't help with the cats food out there either.
He couldn't feed them outside because of the raccoons and skunks.
He had issues with muskrats too, and they are pretty aggressive!
Hehe, Butters he cracks me up! Once the eggs are 5 days past due, I candle, and if nothings visible, that it. Oh I love the bunnies,
I do pick them up and snuggle but DH starts saying no! If I carry them around I would take them home.
Youre welcome! He is awesome, and yep, he is a daddy a few times over now! My hens are all on egg strike of late and get very few every day.
His girls that are laying have given me some strong chicks. So far they have been gold laced.
