INDIANA BYC'ers HERE!

Looks like the OE/SL Polish cross is a boy. Should have some very pretty pale green egg genes, if anyone's interested. Looks like he's getting pointy saddles and hackles.

I have "an ugly chick" that might just have a genetic feather quality gene. This poor thing still isn't fully feathered, and weirder yet, it's feathers seem to be falling apart and disheveled. Really odd.

The Coronation EE still hasn't made up its mind what gender it is.

Silkies are both taming nicely.

Debating on picking some themes for chicken names...

The youngest cockerels and one of their very pretty sisters. The barred blonde one is growing some very pretty feathers.

The older brother of the above pictured ones is growing some very nice tail feathers. He's now 7 1/2 months old. He holds his wings differently than all of his siblings. What type of gene do you think that is @Indyshent?

Hoping that the younger barred blonde cockerel will get along with him, or one of the others. They are growing up in the same area.

I would like to order day old chicks from Ideal for February delivery. Anybody want to go in with me on an order? I have to order at least 8 to make the minimum order $$, but DW will kill me if 8 chicks show up.
