Please give me your most logical advise to convince me I don’t need more birds due to retiring in a few years !

I have a rooster I need to re-home. It's a silver-laced wyandotte I got from Rural King earlier this year. He's about 14 weeks old and had his first crow this morning. West indianapolis. I can deliver reasonable distances. Message me if you're interested.

We have found him a home and dropped him off today. He should be very happy there.

I’m new to the chicken life. My chicks will be arriving in March. I’ll be receiving 11 female chicks. Besides my brooder box. A friend has given me a nice chicken coop & run. I’ll need to do some fixing up on it. I’ve been also considering purchasing a shed & making that to be a coop. I’ve been looking at a metal shed because they’re a lot cheeper. I would put a window & more vents in it. I live in Indy. What do you guys think about a metal shed?

I’d do a wood shed…..summers get pretty hot. Check out Menards.
