Wow, what a great day! It was so good to meet all of you! Hubby and I had a great time, thanks to our gracious hosts/hostess...and new friends! Only brought home one little pullet! She is soo spoiled already! She got to ride home up front in the truck with "momma" Luckily I had a towel on my lap under her! LOL
92caddy, I cant waite to get the water system set up...this will be such a great help! What a BRILLIANT idea! Thanks to everyone...for all the yummy food...I couldnt have eaten another bite!

Good morning all! FYI we are having fudge for breakfast! It was found in the back of the fridge and couldn't let it go to waste!

I didnt make the water thingy, macnuggit did, it was a very clever idea, Greg got some from him to give a try.


All of the eggs except for the quail eggs were donated by me, the Marans, guinea and turkey eggs. Best of luck on them, I hope you all have some good hatches from them.

Are we starting another thread just for pics?

That was soooo fun!!!! I brought home 1 lil blue OEGB pullet. She is to darn cute and sweet. Her eye is a little watery but I'm hoping it was just from the day. She's in quarentine in the living room in a small crate. She's going to get a bath here in a few minutes.


Kathleen has Miss_Jayne left yet? She said something about stopping by to see Kernal on her way home. She has my # but no call yet.


By the way: Who donated the quail eggs?

Some of them might be going in my brooder!
