Anyone have an idea of where the most central location would be so as many of us could attend as possible?

Where are swap meets usually held? Fair Grounds or a private farm?

If a fair ground would there be a rental fee?

    It can be held anywhere
A public park even. Or at a private farm /home.

A fairgrounds would work. I am not sure how much it would cost to just rent a barn. It is something to check into. To bad we all didn't live closer to each other.
