Try Frank Michaelis at Trafalgar. I don't know that he has extra hens--we always hatch out more males, but he has quite a few birds. Might also consult the UPA website, peafowl.org. There are classified ads there as well as lists of breeders.

I live in East Central Indiana (Hagerstown in Wayne Co.) and am looking for 7 or 8 good brown egg laying hens that have just started laying, or getting close to laying, or at least less than 1 year old. I have 12 BR and 7 Americauna, but the Americauna are getting kind of old and not laying so well, so they are going to be culled soon. Looking for replacements, but want good brown egg layers. Anyone got an ideas about where I can look for replacements within a reasonable drive? I raised the BR's from day old chicks. I don't really want to do that over this winter.

Does anyone in Indiana have any golden laced wyandotte bantams they might part with? I have been looking for the longest time for a little hen but can't seem to find anything. I have a flock of odds and ends that I use to show the 4-Hers different breeds, but can't find anything.

Does anyone in Eastern or Northern Indiana have any Royal Palm Turkeys for sale? I am looking for a young Tom, I am pretty sure my 3-month-old is a hen. Also, I have a very nice dark blue Silkie rooster and a young black Silkie rooster I need to sell or I would trade either of them for a turkey or blue bearded Silkie hen. PM me if you need any more details. Thanks!

We have 2 breeding pair of Birchen OEGB's, 1 Showgirl roo and silkie pullet, and 1 black frizzle cochin roo for sale. We also have 2 Serama roos for sale!! PM me if interested!!
