Ok, i need some help please! I am just starting out and am interested in breeding but i am having issues with telling pullets and cocks apart. Through all my reading on here i have found out that hens can have some big combs so what i think may be males may not be, and visa versa. I have multiple different bantams, and would like to eventually establish some breeding trio's, but i think i am going to have to do some trading off and buying before i can get there as i think i have too many cocks. I have read a bit about the feathers being different, can anyone explain that and are there any other indications to determine sex??

Feather sexing only works for certain breeds. They are bred that way---and as far as I know, most of them are standard-sized fowl. If you are concerned, you could post pictures of your birds & let the experts here take a guess for you.
