Indoor ducklings

Hi all! We just hatched 6/8 Ancona duck eggs this past week. We have our lively brood indoors for the next 6 weeks. Any tips on keeping the house from smelling like a barn?

What essential oils/ scented candles are safe for freshening up the area?

Very cute. Mine are not in the house, but spot cleaning and a good weekly clean out of the pine shavings seem to do well.

Mine are housed in my garage in a Brooder after two weeks old..They stink..

I use Oxine ah and water and add lavender, lemon and orange essential oil to this mix clean while ducklings are out of brooder let dry then put bedding and ducklings back inside. I also have an electric oil diffuser which works great too. Just make sure it's true essential oils.
