Inexpensive options for solar lighting for egg production

I am looking for a cost effective way to add some hours to our days come fall strictly foregg production (that is if these hens EVER start aying eggs again!)
Needsloar powered with timer.
Any suggestions?

I'm wondering the same thing... I don't have electricity out to my coop so would really like to try solar.
