Start soaking those wounds as soon as possible. A wet warm rag held over them will help soften the scabs, once softened I would get in there with betadine and saline and remove as much gunk as possible.
You will probably need to trim or pluck the feathers around the wounds to get a clear view of what’s happening and to keep things clean. You should be able to get clearer photos after that, but if she’s survived this far then I think she had a very good chance.
No, I would not attempt to force anything out of her crop. It is too easy to aspirate her and there is no need to yet, based on your post. If it is still full in the morning then you can reevaluate.
