Infected wounds, possible tumor, impacted/sour crop... does she have a fighting chance?

Start soaking those wounds as soon as possible. A wet warm rag held over them will help soften the scabs, once softened I would get in there with betadine and saline and remove as much gunk as possible.
You will probably need to trim or pluck the feathers around the wounds to get a clear view of what’s happening and to keep things clean. You should be able to get clearer photos after that, but if she’s survived this far then I think she had a very good chance.

No, I would not attempt to force anything out of her crop. It is too easy to aspirate her and there is no need to yet, based on your post. If it is still full in the morning then you can reevaluate.

I went to bed without doing anything to her crop and went out to check up on her this morning... still going pretty strong! It still feels like it has a hard spot about the size of a baseball in it, but it looks like it's thankfully softening. Still drinking water on her own, though it looks like less than before. I suspected there might be pus in the tumor-like wound, so I pricked it with a sterile needle and did a bit of squeezing. Only blood came out, though. I couldn't get her to hold still for me to soften up the scabs with a rag, so I gave her a bath instead. Both of the wounds look a little cleaner, but no swelling seems to have gone down. I currently have a wet chicken sleeping on my lap wrapped up in a towel to dry. I took some more pictures of her wounds; hopefully these are a little clearer! Sorry for the size. The top picture is the tumor-like wound, the bottom wound on the second one is the one I'm less worried about.

I am sad to report that the chicken has passed away. She is no longer in pain, and I’m glad for that. I did my best, but it’s alright. She’s in a better place now!
