We have 2 young chickens (about 3 months) that we think may have brought in Coryza which caused our 2 very nice Cornish bantam chickens to get sick and eventually die. I think the young ones have developed a resistance and are going to be fine. They had Tetracycline added to their water for a little over 3 weeks. They seem to be perfectly healthy now.

So here's the question:

Can we ever trust to ever put these chickens with other healthy chickens?

Does the vaccine that is available work well and is it worth doing on the other 15 or so chickens?

What lab can we send their blood to to find out if they are carriers of Coryza or any other chicken diseases?

Thanks in advance for your comments.
