infectious coryza? or MG?

My hens face is really swollen (no smell as of yet) and her eye are gunky. It's like liquid in a bunch of little bubbles form. I think its coryza, but maybe mg. What do yall think?

Sounds like MG. Bloodwork can confirm it if it's MG.

Were still waiting for the lab results to come back in. We got some of our birds taken there for blood work. They werent sick then though.

Cull the sick birds. You'll be glad you did.

I don't have the heart for that. I have them on antibiotics right now. Were still waiting for the results to come back from the vet

Why do you think it's mg instead of infectious coryza? I've never delt with this so am curious.
