I think its just a mix of the cold weather and the fact that her eyelid got pecked (I assume).Electrolight water can also help them boost energy I use 1/8 tsp baking soda 1/8 tsp salt 2 tsp sugar 2 cups warm water
I went to the only feed and supply store I had in the area and asked, they said it was probably that she got pecked but they don't really know much about poultry they mainly specialize in horses, dogs, and cats.Could be. you might be able to take a pic to a poultry store and ask about it
