Sulmet will treat Infectious Coryza.

I have a packet of Duramycin-10 in my hand from my chicken first aid box, and it says for treatment of mycoplasma (CRD) and E.Coli only, not coryza. Albon or DiMox (sulfadimethoxine) works. Also, gallimycin works.

Oxytetracycline and erythromycin are recommended by Merck Manual. And although Duramycin10 is tetracycline, I'm not sure why it wouldn't be recommended on the label, since it is of the same type of drugs as oxytetracycline.
