Inflamed scabbed over bald spots

Just noticed this on one of our girls . Bald spots with some scabs just below her vent and underneath her belly. Looks pretty concerning. We’ve noticed that she has been looking a little thin lately. She’s still laying and is still active during the day. She is a RIR just over a year old. Has had no previous health issues. Shares coop with another RIR both raised together since 1 week old. Looking for advice. Thanks in advance.

To start with, I don’t know what this is, hopefully someone else comes along that’s seen this before.

My first guess is some sort of insect bites that’s causeping the scabs and swelling, maybe flies?

My second guess is that she’s being pecked and plucked by the others?

My last is maybe she has an underlying illness causing the swelling that’s also causing her to sit more often and getting sores as a result.

I wish I could be of more help, but I’m more familiar with geese and this isn’t one I’ve seen in them.
