Inflamed vent after pasty butt???

I just got 20 mail order dayold of various breeds (straight run) yesterday. I checked them all for pasty butt but only found one... i cleaned it off only to find that it had a inflamed almost bloody tush! i havent seen any improvment today and dont know what to do about it.. any help???

It may heal quickly. If you have a light on them the red light will help hide the red tushy while keeping them warm. As long as the others dont peck at it the chick should be fine.
