Inflated throat

Will that heal up itself ?? I'm not very of d of the idea of jabbing him with a needle but as he's one of my first 3 to ever hatch Im pretty desperate to save him
I don't think so. This is something that needs intervention.

Accordi g the the above article it will readily heal itself if treated immediately, he wasn't like that thismorning so I'm assuming in the last 2/3 hours as I haven't been out longer than that

Yes, if treated. I thought you meant without treatment.

Hi guys so update on the little one behavior wise, happy and healthy (apart from the throat) chick, running calling drinking and eating, even jumping and flapping wings (don't worry plenty of space won't bang head ) but even after we have drained the air with a syringe three times today the throats still like that ..not as drastic but still catching air ...he isn't suffering so I don't want to euthanize Ii know it can be solved somehow if he isn't in pain , and ok ut of his siblings there's 3 eggs. Left to hatch from a 12 clutch whoo
