Information needed Please

Hello, I am new to this site and I am hoping someone can help me out with some of their knowledge ")
My husband and I just purchased 10 acres of land in Savannah TN. and we will have to prep the land with a well, septic, driveway up to the home site. I'm starting with utility poles for electricity, it is at the road but will need to be brought up the hill. I don't know who should be contacted for this, the electric company or an electrician, or a contractor. So if anyone on here is from that area and knows of people with good references please leave me their information. Thank You and may God Bless

Have you checked that chickens will be allowed(legal) where you are moving?
