Ingrown feather?

I noticed that our two year old chicken's tail was pointing down and droopy but didn't think much of it. Today I was inspecting them for mites (which is another big problem we have) and noticed on the top of her tail what looked like an ingrown feather maybe? She has been limping but I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it. What looks like dust might be from the mites. Her comb has been very pale today. Does anyone know what it might be?
