Initial pip in wrong place

this is my first time incubating eggs and everything was going well I put the eggs on lockdown 3 days ago and have been waiting for signs of hatching. I checked on it this morning and one egg has piped but it looks like it's in the wrong place. Its towards the center of the egg instead of next to the air cell. Is this normal? Is there anything I can do to increase the likelihood of this egg hatching?

Yes, chicks pip in odd places sometimes. Sometimes they hatch just fine.

I would just leave it alone for now, and hope for the best.
If it is able to hatch, it needs to finish absorbing the yolk before anything else happens.
