Injectable antibiotic cause sour crop or oral antibiotics?

Will post pics of his comb and feet.

I am living in Islamabad , Pakistan.

He was drinking water by his own but now he has left that .

He poops just 2 or 3 times a. Day. Very tiny poops with a lot of pressure. As if there is something wrong with his intestines.

Thanks alot to all of you , who responded over here on time !!!

It looks like he has some bumblefoot infection on his foot. The comb looks like it may have been pecked or injured. Do the comb and wattles appear swollen to you? It is hard to see in the pictures. What are you feeding the rooster?

Is it there a kind of junk near his nostrils ? He is not eating or drinking by his own. Mycoplasma , it could be ?

I am feeding him boiled eggs , mesh pallets and tomatoes.

His comb was quite pale , I have given him neurobion injection s .

Today , his crop didn't empty . He comes to eat , whenever I fill their feeding bowls , callsup his hens but didn't eat anything.

Will post some clear pics by tomorrow.

Sorry for poor quality pics.

Is this gout ? Mycoplasma ?

I can’t really tell much about possible gout or mycoplasma synovitis from your pictures. The picure below is possibly mycoplasma synovitis which shows swollen ankle joints:

Thanks alot buddies! He is a brahBr rooster , feathered legs . I will try my best to take some good pics today.

You'll get excellent help from the folks here, but I'll just chime in to answer your original question: Injectable antibiotics may be less likely to cause sour crop than oral ones, but a lot of it depends on the specific drug in question. Some drugs are about equally likely to cause gut flora problems, regardless of how they are administered, while it'll make a significant difference for others. He'll need at least a week of probiotics after he's finally off the meds to get his gut flora back in order.
