Injectable antibiotic cause sour crop or oral antibiotics?

Alright. I am feeding him yogurt. Can I use probiotic that we use?

I have ecotech probiotic powder.

There is something wrong with his throat or feet.

He might have mucus deep inside the throat .And bumblefoot causing fever. His feet are eztreextr hot when I touch.

Lincomycin injectable would be a good choice I guess. But I'm not sure about the dosage.

He is still not eating or drinking byhiby own.

New pics . If it's bumblefoot should I go for lincomycin injectable ? 60mg or 30 mg ?

My question is that he has sour crop. I am giving him yogurt and anti fungal miconazole.

But still his crop is full. Hardly passing out any poops.

What should I do now? Five days have been gone since I had stopped antibiotics.

Suggestions please waiting waiting and waiting.!!!

I guess bumblefoot or throat infection is a culprit behind his illness. Intestinal track infection could also be the issue.
