I guess it depends on where you are looking from, I have 2 EE that started molting, the infamous cluck-cluck above started grabbing their feathers, one now has a bald spot on her back and around her tail. cluck cluck is locked up in the coop during the day, the others can come and see her when they come in and out. when I get home after work cluck cluck can come out and free range with them all and she spends the night on the roost with them. but anyways, at least her feathers are just sticking out all over, and not completely gone with bald spots!
So to me, she is looking pretty good!
