I have three hens that seem to get along quite fine, but I noticed one of my hens had a injured beak. The tip is cracked and the top of it was hit hard enough it bled and clotted. It seems like it could have happened a couple days ago. She is eating and drinking fine but I want to know if there’s anything I should do to quicken the healing process?
Here is some photos:

There isn't really anything you can do and if anything could be done it should be done by a vet.
You can increase the keratin in her diet slightly by adding a small amount of cracked corn but I've seen no evidence that this works.
My suggestion would be to feed her a mash while the beak heals. If you feed either pellets or crumble, soak this in water for an hour or so before feeding. You may need to mash the pellets.
If she shows signs of pain, or not eating, then a vet visit is recommended.
