injured chick

My little eight week old mutt chick is limping, and has been for two days now. My Idea Is that she has a hip displacement, I checked her legs and found that on one leg the hip(Is It called a hip?) is forward and higher than the on the other. Besides that she Is fine, she hops all over the place. I would have posted sooner, but she stared looking better yesterday, but now I'm not sure. If it is a hip displacement should try to force back into place or leave it alone?
