Injured chick

Hi,

Yesterday one of my Olive egger chicks managed to get into the main area of our coop with the rest of our chickens, my husband found it lying in a corner bleeding, barely able to move. I brought it inside, the back of her head is very raw, and under her wings has been pecked at. She couldn't lift her neck for the first little bit, but I didn't have the heart to give up on her. She is now able to walk around fine, and she has been eating and drinking. I was just wondering if there is anything I can/should do to her wounds to help them heal, she's not acting like they're bothering her, but I haven't been in this situation before, so I'm not sure if I should be doing more than I am, or just keep her inside for a bit until it heals up on its own a bit more.

just over 4 weeks old, I scrambled her an egg today, and she ate most of that, and seems to be doing ok

I was just outside with her, she is doing amazing! Her wound is healing quick and the other 3 chicks surrounded her and they all cuddled for the rest of the day
