Help one of my girls has an injured foot and won’t come out of the coop. What can I do?

Help one of my girls has an injured foot and won’t come out of the coop. What can I do?

Well I’m having trouble seeing what kind of injury it is, looks like a bad toe injury though. If she won’t even come out of the coop try taking some measures to help it heal. Maybe separate her from the flock for a bit so that she has her own little space to eat and drink and not have to walk on it as much.
