Our dog got in the chicken run today, 11 out of 14 chickens are accounted for, 2 dead, and at least 2 injured. One of my austrolorps has a wry neck, and I can't see any wounds, but I will re check. Another chicken I still need to bring inside and take care of. The rest probably flew into the neighbors yard, because they are not in the run.
Pics of the austrolorp (star, [btw, the crooked beak is no oroblem, she's had it all her life])

She can't seem to lift her head very high, and I don't know if she will make it. She is making clucking noises. I want to no if she can make it and or what I should do.
I will post pics of the other ASAP.

She could be in shock or suffering internal injuries. Treat for the shock by giving her warm sugar water to drink and electrolytes such as Gatoraid. Do it immediately.

Internal injuries are hard to figure out. A neck injury or blow to the back can be invisible but can kill in 24 hours from when the attack took place. You'll just need to watch and wait and keep her warm and treat for shock.

Ok. Thanks so much.

The other hen, (goose) I'm less worried about, she has a wound on her back that I just filled with antibiotic ointment:

I will give them both sugar water and wait, I'm glad they can keep each other company, as long as their civil.
