Injured/Deformed New-Born Chick

Our hen Poppy hid in a bush and hatched about 10 chicks. One of them can't stand. S/he kind of just sits. It looks like his/her head is too big for her/his body...She acts like her butt is heavy and she cannot lift it from the ground. We had to help him/her hatch this morning as s/he was doing it wrong. S/he seemed fine after s/he came out of the egg, just looked tired.

I'll see if I can get a picture. Any advice is appreciated. Let me know if you have Qs about her symptoms. Thank you!!

Does it just need to rest? A bloody naval at all?

Give it some Poultry Nutri-Drench for energy. Molasses cures constipation in chicks if that is any help.
I don't know how to administer it , just that it works.
