Yes, vets can be very expensive. A lot of us can't afford them so we learn how to treat at home.
Do you have access to electrolyte solution? Sugar water is alright, but she will need the extra.
Like @Jenbirdee said, make a mash with her food, mixing it with water until you get a loose paste.
Give her time for the neck. Perhaps help support it during the day with an inflatable or stuffed ring around it, removing it at night so she can sleep better.
Right now, what she needs most is a stress-free and quiet environment to help her recover.
